A homemade Mustard Vinaigrette tops this classic Herb Salad that is high in flavor but low on calories. Pre-packaged salad takes this side dish from the kitchen and to the table in five minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole-grain mustard

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (5-ounce) package herb salad

Preparation

  1. Combine vinegar, orange juice, mustard, and salt; whisk in olive oil. Pour over herb salad; toss to coat.
