Very good but I do agree you can cut done the salt....and I love salt

This recipe was easy to make and very tasty. However, next time I will cut the salt in half. A bite of meat without the crust was delicious but the crust was too salty.

excellent! I used a 6lb loin and doubled the recipe. It still came out very juicy after 2.5hrs in the oven. wonderful!
