We suggest stirring a spoonful or two into lightly beaten eggs to make a seasoned omelet or scrambled eggs.
Makes 1 cup
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup cold water
1 to 2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
