I thought this recipe was delicious! I would feel free to marinate the chicken a little longer than thirty minutes. And if you are making the watermelon feta salad ahead of time, I would wait to add the watermelon because the juices slowly come out of the melon and make the salad soupy unless its eaten right away. The Watermelon Feta Salad was AMAZING though! And the chicken had a nice lemony zing. My husband and co-worker raved about it.

I made this for my husband dinner tonight and he loved it. I mixed the salad ingredients with the marinade and added the watermelon and feta right before serving to ensure the right consistency. It was perfect! The chicken also had an excellent flavor. I served with couscous. I will definitely make this again for a cool summer supper.
