Herb Dip

4 ounces goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons assorted chopped fresh herbs
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cut vegetables


Process goat cheese, yogurt, chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
