Very good. I cooked them a bit longer than suggested in order to get them to medium. Otherwise, great recipe.

I made this dish for my husband and I for a special occasion, and we absolutely loved the flavor. The lamb was perfectly cooked-tender and very delicious. Based on personal taste, I subbed extra parsley for the mint.
