1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir butter into breadcrumb mixture. Place tomato halves on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over tomato halves. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until topping is golden. Serve immediately.
