Heirloom Tomato Salad

This was delicious! We love a salad that has no oil and yet is so flavorful. The recommened lady pea salsa was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly and you can't go wrong. Took the dish to a memorial day cookout and everyone raved about it. The presentation is beautiful!

The best of summer in a salad. Served this as the salad course in a four-course dinner. Loved it. Substituted frozen petites peas for Lady Peas (wish I could find them) and Armenian cucumbers for kirbys. Next time I won't cook peas just thaw as the lime juice softens them. Would add more lime juice and salt.
