I love so many components of this dish, but the combination just didn't do it for me. It is a really beautiful presentation though.

- 4 pounds assorted heirloom tomatoes
- 2 small Kirby cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
- Lady Pea Salsa
- Fresh basil leaves
- Cut tomatoes into wedges or in half, depending on size. Gently toss tomatoes with cucumbers and onion. Top with Lady Pea Salsa and basil.
