- 4 pounds assorted heirloom tomatoes
- 2 small Kirby cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small red onion, halved and sliced
- Lady Pea Salsa
- Fresh basil leaves
How to Make It
Cut tomatoes into wedges or in half, depending on size. Gently toss tomatoes with cucumbers and onion. Top with Lady Pea Salsa and basil.
