Ingredients

1 pound freshly ground raw turkey breakfast sausage
3/4 pound lean ground round
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped onion, celery, and pepper blend
2 (15-ounce) cans no-salt-added dark red kidney beans, undrained
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added pinto beans, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can chunky chili tomato sauce

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.

Return sausage mixture to Dutch oven; add kidney beans and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
