Heartthrob Salad

This is wonderful and very pretty to serve. Don't know about y'all but 3 hearts of palm are just not enough - I used the entire can. Capers are a fabulous addition!

Beutiful and Impressive, although I thought it needed a bit more salt and vinegar. The presentation makes it work for a special occation, like Valentines Day!

I used balsamic vinegar and basil instead of parsley. My husband said it was the best combination of fresh vegetables he'd ever tasted.

This salad is so tasty! I will definitely prepare it again.
