How to Make It

Step 1

Heat oil in large saucepan. Cook celery, onion and garlic until soft.

 

Step 2

Add next 4 ingredients. Cook for 2 mins. Add 2 3/4 cups hot water to pan along with stock cube, tomato puree and mango chutney. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25 mins, or until mixture is tender. Garnish with with coriander leaves.
