- 21/2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup(s) Hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoon(s) Sifted Flour
- 3/4 cup(s) Sugar
- Sift flour and baking powder. Beat eggs and sugar on MIX in a blender. Add hazelnuts and process until nuts grated. Add flower mixture until all mixed. Pour into 2 9" cake pans greased and floured. Bake for 20 minutes
- Cool and top with Mocha Icing (see recipe)
