Prep time: 5 minutesCooking time: 15 minutes Heat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Heat large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Dip 4 bread slices in egg mixture; cook 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from skillet; repeat with remaining 4 slices. Thinly spread 4 slices with mustard; top each with 1/4 of the ham and pineapple. Cover with remaining slices.
