  • 1/2kg Chicken, Boneless Pieces
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Green Chili Paste
  • 1 cup(s) Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Mint Leaves, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Garam Masala Powder(for garnishing)


  1. Step 1: Take a large bowl, mix coriander leaves and mint leaves together. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, lime juice and yogurt and salt .Toss well to make smooth batter
  2. Step 2: Place boneless chicken pieces in the bowl and coat the chicken with batter. Set coated chicken in refrigerator for an hour
