    This was outstanding! I used the shrimp. My boyfriend and I were skeptical about this one, but it turned out great. I loved the cooked tomatoes. I added a whole package of fresh basil.

    I loved this recipe because it had just the right amount of heat- warm in my tummy but no runny nose! It had plenty of flavor, although I did add some extra oregano, basil and parsley. I didn't have cherry tomatoes so I chopped up plum tomatoes instead, using extra of that, too. I used three grain soy tempeh, which lended a nutty flavor. In a nutshell, wonderful!
