Yield about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons brandy

How to Make It

  1. Cream butter in a small mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating until well blended. Serve over puddings.
