Hamburger Steak Sauce

Yield 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) jar prepared brown gravy or 1 1/2 cups brown beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
