- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce
- 2 cup(s) grated cheese
- 1/4 tablespoon(s) pepper
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- preheat oven 425
- saute bef and onion until onion is soft:blend in flour, salt and pepper. blend milk, eggs and worchester sauce. add 1 cup cheese. combine with beef mixture.
- pour into pie shells: sprinkle with rest of cheese.
- bake at 425 for 20 or 25 minutes or until set. let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges
