  • 1 can(s) cream of celery soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package(s) extra thin egg noodles
  • 1 cup(s) grated cheese or american cheese
  • 1 pound(s) hamburger
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Brown hamburger, layer in cassarole dish alternating with egg noodles. Mix soup, milk, 1/2 of cheese and egg. Pour over noodle egg mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until noodles are soft. Top with cheese and let cheese melt
