Ham and Swiss-Stuffed Burgers

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Made to recipe except used fresh parsley. Formed the patties in the morning -- remember to follow the instruction to make an oval instead of the typical round burger. Chilled in fridge until dinner. Served with cole slaw and corn on the cob. Burgers were okay, nothing special.
