Ham, Pear, and Arugula Sandwiches

Ham, Pear, and Arugula Sandwiches

Coarse, slightly sour pumpernickel bread is the perfect base for maple-flavored ham, fresh pear slices, and a sweet cream cheese spread. Toast the bread before assembling the sandwiches, if desired. Baby spinach may be substituted for the arugula.
