- 1 pound(s) Precooked Ham ground
- 1 1/2 pound(s) Pork ground
- 2 cup(s) dry bread cumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
- Mix and roll into meat loof shape, 1 serving each. Pour on sauce and bake.
- Sauce: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/2 cup brown vinegar, 1/2 cup water. Mix, heat and pour over loofs. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 300 degrees.
