Ham Butter

Yield Makes 1/2 cups


  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup finely diced cooked ham
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

How to Make It

  1. Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill up to 5 days, if desired; remove from refrigerator, and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Serve with hot biscuits or crackers.
