couldn't find good asparagus so I subbed with an additional 1/2 c. red bell pepper. very easy, good and light.

This was very good and easy to prepare. Even one of my daughters that does not like asparagus liked this recipe. I used all whole eggs instead of egg whites. I have made it several times.

Loved this! Used Mozz cheese, 4 eggs (no whites), and chicken sausage. Needed to use what I had and it was just as yummy. Reduced serving size to 1 piece and have leftovers today. My hubby loved it! Beautiful dish for not a lot of work.

Delicious and very easy. Substituted sharp cheddar cheese. Great use for leftover baked ham.

We loved this recipe! We wanted to make use of some ham leftovers and this was a perfect recipe for that. I doubled the recipe and used fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano and basil). I grilled the leftover asparagus and served that with the frittata.The serving size is very generous and we have leftovers for tomorrow.

Yummy recipe!!! Just a suggestion, if you want to make it a bit more high-end for guests, use instead jamon iberico de bellota - aka pata negra or black hoof-. Iberico has a strong and delicious flavor, I buy mine from BuyJamon.com <a href="http://BuyJamon.com/"> BuyJamon.com the market place for iberico ham.</a>

fast and easy! just used eggs instead of some eggs and some egg whites and used whatever cheese I had on hand (this time cheddar)

I loved this recipe, but modified it as well. I used 8 whole eggs, cheddar-gruyere, zucchini, red pepper and spinach. So yummy!

This is a great Lenten recipe! I omitted the ham and increased the asparagus. I couldn't find the shredded Jarlsberg cheese so I used a five cheese mixture. Really good! Plan on making this again- now that asparagus is in season!
