- 3 eggs beaten
- 1&1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1/3 cup(s) onion diced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1 cup(s) ham diced
- 1&1/2 cup(s) swiss cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 pie crust refrigerated
- Bake pie crust in pie dish at 450 degrees for 10 min. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir in ham. Toss together shredded cheese and flour. Add to egg mixture, mix well. Pour egg mixture into hot pastry shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 min. Let stand for 10 minutes.
