Ham-and-Swiss-Loaded Potatoes

    A great way to use leftover ham! I added a little bit of cream cheese also! Very good and my family loved the potatoes. Served with a spinach salad. Easy weeknight recipe. I baked the potatoes in the oven instead of the microwave...I think they taste better that way!

    This recipe is great for a cold day. It was easy to make, and was yummy to eat. The only thing about it was there were too many onions. But other than that, it was delicious!

    I split one big russet between my husband and myself. This is very tasty and so easy. Added butter when eating as they were a little dry - didn't put in enough sour cream. A definite repeat.
