How to Make It

Prep time: 10 minutes

Lay out the tortillas on a work surface and spread each one with 1/2 tablespoon of the mustard.

Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each tortilla. Top with a romaine lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with shredded carrot.

Roll up the tortillas as tightly as possible. Finish so that the edge is on the bottom. With a paring knife, cut each tortilla crosswise into 4 pieces. Arrange pinwheels on a platter.

How kids can help: Spread mustard on tortillas; place ham, cheese, and lettuce on tortillas; sprinkle shredded carrot over lettuce.
