Delicious!!! Doubled the recipe and had on Christmas morning. Everyone loved it. Did substitute bacon for the ham on half the recipe and had no meat on the other half for those of us who don't eat meat.

My new "go to" breakfast casserole. So delicious and could easily do different variations using different meats and cheeses.

Great versatile recipe. I will definitely make this again and I made no alterations. Served it with fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, melon, etc)This is pretty heavy on the fat / calories but could easily be modified.

One of the best breakfast casseroles ever - puts the sausage biscuit one to shame. Even better with leftover honey-baked spiral sliced ham. Mmmmm... The nutmeg is a MUST. It's just a hint, but enough to make people think "What is that??"

This recipe didn't really work for me. It was very sweet! It also was not completely cooked after 65 minutes in the oven and 10 of sitting (my oven is brand new and on temp, so that was not an issue). Cooking it longer and/or hotter...no problem; it was the sweetness that came through when savory was what I thought this would be. I think with some tweaking this might be an exciting recipe.
