Excellent and very light yet flavorful broth. I used flounder fillets because halibut was very expensive. Depending on the size of the shrimp, may want to add those during last 5 minutes or so of cooking time as suggested by the previous reviewer.

This dish was outstanding! So moist, light, and great flavors! Mint paired really nicely with subtle curry flavor. Better than any restaurant thai food I've had. Only recommendation would be to cook fish first and then add shrimp in for last 5 minutes of cooking, because the shrimp cook a lot faster than the fish, which made the shrimp overdone.
