Talk about elegant....This is truly an elegant and delicious dish. I cut it in half since there is only 2 of us. It was so delicious and looked as pretty as the picture. I will definately make this for company.

This is one of my family's favorite recipes. I usually make it with sea bass, since halibut is often so expensive. It works great! Wonderful flavor.

Wow, this was simple but elegant and excellent tasting. Everybody in the family cleaned their plate, and that is not always the case with fish dishes at our house. I didn't see the point of cooking en papillote if not serving the vegetables and fish together in the packets. So, I just put the four pieces of fish atop the lemon slices (didn't use the bay) in a glass baking dish and covered with foil. I marinated the sliced onions in the dijon dressing while the rest of the meal cooked. I poured the pan juices through a strainer when adding to the onions and cooked veggies. This is delish, and would be a good dish for company. Simple yet elegant.
