This was simply wonderful: easy, very flavorful, low calorie, and lovely. The creaminess of the sauce was a perfect complement to the firmness of the halibut (I had one piece of cod to use, and it was equally delicious). This went immediately into my "favorites." I served it with a brown/red/wild rice medley (also good with the sauce) and steamed green beans. Scrumptious and filling.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I made it for my boyfriend one Friday night and he was WOWED to say the least. He eats to LIVE as I LIVE to eat, and with that said he asked for seconds with this meal, totally not like him to eat more then one serving of anything! First I used Halibut then cleaned out my baking dish and served him Salmon; just as amazing! ~oh and instead of the two tablespoons of lime that it calls for, I used an entire half~
