1 rinsed and stemmed fresh habanero chile (1/2 oz.)

Preparation

In a blender, whirl 1 cup champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar and 1 rinsed and stemmed fresh habanero chile (1/2 oz.) until chile is puréed.
