Look for guava jelly in the jelly or ethnic aisles of the grocery store, or order it from "http://www.cubanfoodmarket.com" .
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup guava jelly
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
How to Make It
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 7 minutes or until glaze thickens and reduces slightly, stirring often. Remove from heat; cool.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Palmalito Guava Jelly.
