Guava and Cheese Empanadas

    This recipe is a very tasty recipe. I followed exactly, except used 2% milk, regular cream cheese and homemade guava paste. The dough is very tasty and easy to manage. I found that my empanadas needed to be in for 12 minutes, but perhaps because I used a silpat. Will definitely make again, next time I run into some guavas!
