Awesome! Made the chips and dip and loved them both. Used only 2 tomatillos and added an extra avocado. Found that 12 min in the oven was too long for the chips...10 was enough. Will definitely make again.

Deeeeeeelish!!!!! My Texas husband will forever give up bagged chips for this blend. My 5 yr old passes on the "whack a mole", however he too loves the chips. This is a keeper in the main rotation! Makes a great lunch!

Excellent; I use to have a favorite guacamole recipe, but this one has bumped it to 2nd best!

This is the best guacamole recipe I've found to date. Even my friend who is totally obsessed with Mexican restaurants said it was the best she's ever had. I actually ended up using yellow tomatoes because my store didn't have tomatillos, and it was fabulous. I'm even making it again tonight!

This is fabulous! I get requests fro this @ every family function we go to. I have to triple the recipe. Sometimes I go a little heavy on the garlic or jalopeno just to give it a tad more zip. But honestlym doesn't need a thing!

Outstanding recipe! We've made it several times and each time it goes FAST!!! If you have more than about 6 people, double the recipe!

Such a hit at parties! And I didn't feel guilty eating it, because I knew what was in it and knew that it was healthier than eating all the fatty chips and junk!

Excellent..such a "sunny" flavor! The lime is the trick. Didn't have any chipotle flavor so used cumin instead. This would even be great as a filler for a wrap.
