Guacamole--easy and delicious!

Mash 1 avocado into a chunky paste, then combine with 1 to 2 tsp minced garlic, 1/4 cup jarred salsa, 1 tbsp cilantro (optional), and the juice of 1/2 lime. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with Lime chips. Excellent!
