1 onion (small)
2 serrano chillies seeded and veins removed
fresh cheese or panela cheese
Peel avocados, add the lime juice and mash them together. Chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and the serrano chilies and mix everything in a big bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve with fresh cheese and tortilla chips.
