Ingredients

  • 4 whole(s) avocado
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 3 limes
  • 2 serrano chillies seeded and veins removed
  • fresh cilantro
  • fresh cheese or panela cheese
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Peel avocados, add the lime juice and mash them together. Chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and the serrano chilies and mix everything in a big bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve with fresh cheese and tortilla chips.
