I made this last year when my issue of Southern Living arrived. I used a fresh refrigeratged salsa that we keep on hand. My husband loved this. It is so easy and tastes fantastic!

Yield: Makes 1 3/4 cups
- 2 avocados
- 1/3 cup drained chilled salsa
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mash pulp from avocados. Stir in salsa and lime juice; season with salt and pepper to taste.
