2 ripe avocados
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Cut avocados in half, and discard pits. Scoop pulp into a medium bowl, and mash into chunks with a fork. Stir in chopped jalapeño and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill avocado mixture until ready to serve.
