Ingredients

  • 2 firm-ripe avocados (1 lb. total)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Pit and peel avocados. In a bowl, coarsely mash avocados with a fork or pastry blender. Stir in fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and cumin. Add garlic salt to taste.
