  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons minced fresh jalapeño chilies
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • Salt
