Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound(s) ground sirloin
- 1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) ketchup
- 1 cup(s) red onion
- 2 slice(s) bacon
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup(s) gruyere cheese
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients except cheese. Add 1/2 cup then save 1/4 to sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 for 45 min. Drain fat and then let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with ketchup.
