- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 6 skinless grouper fillets (about 2 1/4 pounds)
- 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
- Lemon wedges
- Parsley sprigs
How to Make It
Melt butter in a large skillet; add garlic. Remove from heat. Place fish in garlic-butter mixture, turning to coat. Dredge in breadcrumbs.
Place fish on a baking sheet; pour any remaining garlic-butter mixture over fish. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.
