Ground Lamb and Hummus Pita "Pizzas"

    The seasoned lamb is delicious. While I was skeptical about the 1/2 pita, it turned out great for the "pizza". I did use the pita pockets so they could be split easier. A tasty alternative to a traditional pizza. Not a big serving, but would make again.

    Very tasty and easy. Don't skimp on broiling the pitas. They need to be crisp to hold the onion and lamb mixture. Added a little feta since I had it on hand. Will be making again!

    Yummy! Served with a salad similar to what they show in the magazine but used goat cheese instead of feta. Also, served the lamb mixture on corn tortillas because that's what I had.

    Full of flavor! The trickiest part is splitting the pitas in half. Buy ones labeled pita pocket for best results. Love all the aromatics. My house smells great for hours and hours...mmm.

    Really, really good. I used low-carb pitas but didn't split them since they are thinner...My daughter is not a hummus fan, so she used tzaziki. Even the very picky husband thought they were "very tasty." Would definitely make again.

    Really tasty. I didn't have pine nuts but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. I will definitely make this again for lunch or dinner.

    Very easy and delicious for a weeknight meal or a weekend if you're having company. I made it as specified, but then added roasted red peppers and spinach at the end for a little extra healthy flare. Yum. Great way to use up leftover hummus & cilantro.
