Cook ground beef in a frying pan on medium heat until no pink can be seen. spoon your cooked meat into a cake pan and smooth it out so that the surface is even. Boil water in a sauce pan. Remove from heat. Combine the potato pearls and the water in a large mixing bowl until there are no clumps in the potatoes. If you desire, you can put food coloring in your "Frosting" to make your dinner look more like a cake. Put salt, pepper, onion powder, and any other desired spice to your meat in the cake pan. Spread you potato 'frosting' onto your meat. You now have a delicious cake!! Enjoy!!
