Grilled Yellow Squash Halves

  • 6 yellow squash
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

How to Make It

  1. Cut 6 yellow squash in half lengthwise. Place squash in a zip-top plastic freezer bag; add 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing. Seal and chill 20 minutes. Remove squash from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 2 minutes or until tender.
