Grilled Veggie and Cheese Platter

Cracker Barrel Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 each red and yellow pepper, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL White Cheddar Cheese with Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 container (8 oz.) pesto
  • 1 piece (9 oz.) sourdough bread baguette, sliced

Preparation

Heat grill to medium heat

Brush vegetables with dressing; grill 10-15 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally

Arrange vegetables on large serving platter or tray. Add cheeses

Serve with pesto and bread
